Bridal Henna/ Henna Party & Casual Henna

  • Your booking will only be confirmed once the booking deposit is received. Deposits for all services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to any other henna products & services.

  • All appointments are based in Singapore only.

  • If you're booking your henna appointment date 2-3 days before the event date, you may choose any time slot. If you're choosing a date that is one day before the event date then kindly only choose the 10am slot.

  • Please ensure all information given are correct. Any discrepancies in the details will be automatically cancelled.

  • If you need to change your date of appointment, contact us directly through WhatsApp (81269560). Do not do it on the website.

  • You may only change your date ONCE after booking, subject to availability (to inform at least 1 month before to prevent any extra charges). Changing the booking date the second time, the deposit will be automatically forfeited and a rebooking for a new session is required.

  • The deposit required is only $10/ $50 depending on the session you booked. Remaining payment to be made on actual day via Paynow/Cash before the henna session starts.

  • Please be respectful of the time appointed for your henna session. Once we enter the given address/ location, there will be a grace period of 15 mins waiting time upon our arrival, after which for every 30 mins of waiting time there will be a $30 charge. For Ad-Hoc Sessions, if you are late 15 minutes past your session, unfortunately we would have to cancel and your deposit is forfeited. For Bridal Henna & Henna Party Sessions, if we show up for the session at the given address/ location but you are not at the location or refuse to let us enter and are not reachable for contact for 15 mins, unfortunately we would have to cancel and your deposit is forfeited.

  • In the event we have to cancel the appointment due to any reason, 100% of the deposit will be refunded to the client. We will do our best to either replace or recommend another henna artist for the appointment. If we find the replacement, the client and replacement artist will converse directly in terms of design, rates, etc. Pricing of each henna artist is different, therefore any change in price needs to be discussed directly between the client and the replacement henna artist. Any change in price needs to be covered by the client. For Ad-Hoc Sessions, we will refund 100% of your deposit or give you the option to change the date.

  • We aim for you to shop & use henna safely with us! We only recommend using our products (purchased or using the complimentary cone received during your appointment) externally and on the body. Do not use them on the face. If it comes into contact with the eyes or is ingested, please consult a doctor! Although our cones/ bulk paste are natural products and do not contain any harmful chemicals, they are not suitable for everyone. There is a risk of an allergic reaction to any natural product. Use it at your own discretion.

  • We cannot guarantee you won't have an allergic reaction to our products so it is best to test a small patch of skin before proceeding with a larger design. If an allergic reaction happens, please cease usage of product and consult a doctor or a dermatologist immediately. Allergic reactions are commonly rashes or raised/ bumpy skin. It varies for everyone and may last a few days to weeks. Everyone experiences it differently so do consult your doctor! For future brides, we recommend coming down for a stain test to see if you'd like to see which stain is the best for you and to see if you will get an allergic reaction. This is only applicable if you have a confirmed booking with us. It is best to have the test done at least 2 weeks before the appointment date.

  • If you or your guest(s) are; pregnant women, women breastfeeding and/ or children aged 10 and below, please inform us so that we can prepare a custom blend with lavender essential oil which is considered safe to be applied on you/ them. Workshops

  • Your booking will only be confirmed once a deposit of $40 is made. Deposit for all services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to any other henna products & services.

  • Remaining payment to be made on actual day via Paynow/Cash before the session starts.

  • All course/ workshops are for women aged 13 and above.

  • All session are based in Singapore.

  • We only provide practice cones for these sessions and they  are not meant for skin. Practice cones are simply old henna cones and no longer fresh. But should you use it on skin for whatever reason, monitor your skin for any allergic reaction. Do not use them on the face. If it comes into contact with the eyes or is ingested, please consult a doctor! Although our cones/ bulk paste are natural products and do not contain any harmful chemicals, they are not suitable for everyone. There is a risk of an allergic reaction to any natural product. Use it at your own discretion.

General

  • In respect to the owner's beliefs, we do not draw designs that involves; human faces, animals, insects, religious symbols & texts. We also do not offer henna services to boys/ men.

  • We cannot guarantee you won't have an allergic reaction to our products so it is best to test a small patch of skin before proceeding with a larger design. If an allergic reaction happens, please cease usage of product and consult a doctor or a dermatologist immediately. Allergic reactions are commonly rashes or raised/ bumpy skin. It varies for everyone and may last a few days to weeks. Everyone experiences it differently so do consult your doctor! 

  • There is a possibility to having an allergic reaction to our products even if you've not had a prior reaction or there were no changes in supplier/ method of preparation for our products. Unfortunately, these could be due to other factors that may have affected your skin/ body that is out of our control.

  • If you have sensitive skin, eczema, or other similar conditions, we advise against using our products, especially 100% Hengua, Jagua gel and the Aftercare Henna Oil for those with fruit allergies.

  • For any unknown allergy/ skin condition on your end, if a reaction (immediate or delayed) were to happen we will not be liable. For more information, please read our FAQs under the product tab.

  • The information we provide about taking precautions, potential allergic reactions and product usage on pregnant women, women breastfeeding and/ or children below the age of 10 is to the best of our knowledge.

  • We collect your personal information when you book a session with us on our website, kindly read our privacy policy on why we collect your personal information and what we collect when you use our website. 

  • We may update the terms & conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any updates by posting the revised terms & conditions on our Website. We encourage you to review this terms & conditions periodically for the latest information.
