Location
We are located at Tampines Street 71. However, walk-in henna sessions & purchases are not available. For henna appointments, please book on our website 2 days in advance. For product orders, please place your order online and refer to the shipping methods for the delivery options and self pick-up dates available
Operating Hours
We are available for contact on Wednesday - Saturday, 12pm - 6pm! We are unavailable on Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
Dispatches are only made on Tuesdays! If you want to receive your order by the next dispatch date, order before Saturday! Else you will receive it the next dispatch period. There are no deliveries on Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
Self Pick-Up is only available on Wednesdays - Saturday, 2pm - 9pm. There is no self pick-up on Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
Henna Appointment dates are only available on Wednesday - Saturday. For available timeslots, refer to the package you're booking.
Formulation
All our cones, bulk pastes and aftercare products are made with natural ingredients and do not contain any harmful chemicals. We want you to enjoy our products do henna art safely so do be advised to always do a patch test!
Wudhu-Friendly
All Natural Henna, Jagua Gel & 100% Hengua products are wudhu-friendly! As they simply stain your skin, it does not obstruct any water penetration when you take your wudhu so you have nothing to worry about!
Shipping
We ship to Singapore and other selected countries/ regions! However, not our entire product catalogue is available for international shipping. Only shop from the ‘International’ page to see which products are available for international shipping. WhatsApp/ email us for more information.

If you place an order for our cones and bulk pastes, the best delivery options are Doorstep Delivery - Same Day & Self Pick-Up. You may choose other options available, however, take note the products may deteriorate as they are perishables and need to be kept frozen.

For Doorstep Delivery - Next Day & Ninja Van shipping options, we are unable to control the conditions your order is kept in so do keep in mind when placing your orders. However, on our end, we will do our best to ship them in the best of conditions before handing it over to them!
As for other products, you may choose any shipping options.
In event of a delivery delay from our delivery partner, we will update you. Immediately keep your cones in the freezer once you receive them!
A penalty plus shipping cost be will be imposed if parcels are returned to us due to incomplete address or if we have to ship it out again due to incorrect address.
Self Pick- Up Location
Self Pick-Up location is at 707 Tampines St 71.
Choosing Self Pick-Up Date & Time
When arriving, inform us on WhatsApp (81269560) and give us a 10 mins heads up as we need to prepare your order. We keep your cones in the freezer to preserve them as they are perishable items and only take them out once you're here.
Include in the ‘Self Pick-Up Details’ section on the cart page to state your self pick-up date & time according to the format below. Only choose Wed to Sun, intervals of 30 mins from 2pm to 9pm.

Return Policy
All products and services sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to any other products & services. For any issues, WhatsApp us (81269560) or email us at stainedbywardah@gmail.com.
Product Care
Cones/ Bulk Paste
- Always keep your Natural Henna/ Jagua Gel/ 100% Hengua Cones/ Bulk Paste/ Practice Cones in the freezer when not in use.
- For cones, thaw it for 5 to 10 minutes in room temperature. DO NOT use any type of heat to thaw it faster.
- For bulk paste, thaw it for 30 mins to 1 hour in room temperature. DO NOT use any type of heat to thaw it faster.
- DO NOT leave it out in room temperature when not in use. Our cones are perishable items and will deteriorate when not cared for properly.
- When using your cones, ensure the cone tip is placed aside properly. You will need it when you store it back in the freezer so do not lose it.
- Be careful when handling the cone tip as it is quite sharp.
Aftercare Products
- Store your Aftercare Rosewater Henna Sealant in the fridge when not in use.
- Store your Aftercare Henna Oil at room temperature when not in use.
Precautions & Allergy
We aim for you to shop & use henna safely with us! We only recommend using our products externally and on the body. Do not use them on the face. If it comes into contact with the eyes or is ingested, please consult a doctor! Although our cones/ bulk paste are natural products and do not contain any harmful chemicals, they are not suitable for everyone. There is a risk of an allergic reaction to any natural product. Use it at your own discretion.
We cannot guarantee you won't have an allergic reaction to our products so it is best to test a small patch of skin before proceeding with a larger design. If an allergic reaction happens, please cease usage of product and consult a doctor or a dermatologist immediately. Allergic reactions are commonly rashes or raised/ bumpy skin. It varies for everyone and may last a few days to weeks. Everyone experiences it differently so do consult your doctor! For future brides, we recommend coming down for a stain test to see if you'd like to see which stain is the best for you and to see if you will get an allergic reaction. This is only applicable if you have a confirmed booking with us. It is best to have the test done at least 2 weeks before the appointment date.
There is a possibility to having an allergic reaction to our products even if you've not had a prior reaction or there were no changes in supplier/ method of preparation for our products. Unfortunately, these could be due to other factors that may have affected your skin/ body that is out of our control.
If you have sensitive skin, eczema, or other similar conditions, we advise against using our products, especially 100% Hengua, Jagua gel and the Aftercare Henna Oil for those with fruit allergies.
You are advised to do a patch test, for any unknown allergy/ skin condition on your end, if a reaction (immediate or delayed) were to happen we will not be liable.
Regarding product usage on pregnant women, women that breastfeed and children, please read our FAQ under the 'Pregnant Women & Children' under the Product tab in the FAQ menu.
The information we provide about taking precautions and potential allergic reactions is to the best of our knowledge.
Children & Pregnant Women
Our products are natural and do not contain any harmful chemicals. The essential oil we use in our Natural Henna is safe for the average person, however, due to inadequate published evidence to demonstrate evidence of safety it is NOT recommended for pregnant women, women that are breastfeeding and children below 10 years old to use our Natural Henna products.
As for our products that contain the Lavender Essential Oil such as Jagua Gel and 100% Hengua, they are considered safe. However, it is your responsibility to consult your doctor and use it at your own discretion.
If you want to shop our Natural Henna, leave us a note on the shopping cart page stating that you are pregnant, breastfeeding or want to apply it on children below 10 years old and we will make a custom blend for you using Lavender Essential Oil!
Our Aftercare products are likely safe for pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding to use on the skin, however, use it at your own discretion and consult your doctor.
Do not ingest any of our products by mouth.

HOW TO: Natural Henna
- Remove fine tip from cone.
- Do a patch test on a small area on your hand or forearm.
- Proceed to draw design on hand, palm, forearm or arm. (dry skin only, make sure not to use any oil/ moisturiser beforehand)
- Leave it on for 6 to 12 hours.
- Spray on our Aftercare Rosewater Henna Sealant when it's dried so you can optimise the staining process and prevent it from falling off too early. Spray every 45 min to 1 hour intervals.
- Remove design by PEELING it off or let it drop off on its own. DO NOT WASH IT OFF. You may also roll our Aftercare Oil onto the dried henna paste for easier removal.
- Apply our Aftercare Henna Oil when your henna is fully removed.
- Wait at least another 6 to 12 hours before having any contact with water. Your henna needs to oxidise and will darken over time.
Why use Aftercare Henna Oil? This 2-in-1 Aftercare Henna Oil protects your henna stain and moisturises your skin at the same time!
Do not wash it off when removing as it will affect the maturing process of the stain. Stay away from water contact for as long a possible during the maturing process.
Maturing Process is when your stain is oxidising and darkening within a period of 24-48 hours. Read our T&C, ingredients and precautions (on product page) before purchase and ALWAYS do a patch test before drawing a bigger design. An allergic reaction may happen immediately or when its disappearing, wait between a day to 2 weeks to see if your skin will have an allergic reaction. Avoid contact with eyes and the face.
It is highly advisable to AVOID any type of heat induced oil (minyak kapak (axe oil), minyak angin) as these type of oils will result in drier and cracked skin. It does enhance your stain darker but it also removes your stain at a faster rate as your skin will will exfoliate faster due to the heat.
Freshly peeled Natural Henna will be bright orange and will darken to reddish/ dark brown after 24 - 48 hours depending on skin tone.
Extra Tip: Do Clove Steaming to help darken you stain. Pour a tablespoon of cloves onto a dry pan and put the flame on small heat. Once you can smell the aroma, hover your hands with DRIED henna on at a safe distance (not too close as it'll be too hot) for 40 seconds. Pause, and then do it for another 40 seconds. This method help keeps your body temperature warm and henna LOVES heat, thus, it helps to darken your stain.
Once your hands are beautifully stained, avoid any exfoliation or going for manicure as this will affect the staining process and also make your stain disappear faster.
HOW TO: Jagua Gel
- Remove fine tip from cone.
- Do a patch test on a small area on your hand or forearm.
- Proceed to draw design on hand, palm, forearm or arm if it's safe for you to use. (dry skin only, make sure not to use any oil/ moisturiser beforehand)
- Leave it to dry for 2 hours (or longer if you want but do not sleep with it unless you want a blue mess on your face and body).
- Remove design by peeling it off OR spraying it off with high pressure water (e.g bidet spray).
- You may have contact with water after removing it but try not to wash vour hands too much while the stain is still maturing.
Why spray it off? Our Jagua Gel consistency makes the paste stick to your skin stronger the longer it stays, therefore, using strong water pressure to remove the Jagua Gel from your skin is ideal. As Jagua Gel stains as soon as it touches your skin, this method removes the Jagua Gel immediately and prevents any strays from staining random parts of your skin!
Do not scrub, rub or scratch it off as it may result in smudging. Keep freshly stained Jagua Gel skin AWAY from your face or any part of your skin to prevent accidental staining, especially when going to sleep as the fresh stain is potent. Do not do any activity that involves heat or sweating as it will cause smudging (e.g exercising, cooking).

An allergic reaction may happen immediately or when its disappearing, wait between a day to 2 weeks to see if your skin will have an allergic reaction. Avoid contact with eyes and the face.
DO NOT apply any oil to enhance the stain, this will compromise the staining process and overall stain.
Freshly peeled Jagua Gel will be almost invisible or light grey/ green and will darken into a deep navy blue colour after 24 to 48 hours depending on skin tone.
Once your hands are beautifully stained, avoid any exfoliation or going for manicure as this will affect the staining process and also make your stain disappear faster.
HOW TO: 100% Hengua
- Remove fine tip from cone.
- Do a patch test on a small area on your hand or forearm.
- Proceed to draw design on hand, palm, forearm or arm. (dry skin only, make sure not to use any oil/ moisturiser beforehand)
- Leave it on for 6 to 12 hours.

Booking A Session
We have a variety of packages available! We are only available for appointments on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. For Casual Henna sessions, we made Saturdays available for booking as well! Kindly book online by clicking 'Henna Booking' on the main menu or click here.

Recommended Date & Time when Booking
If you're booking your henna appointment date 2-3 days before the event date, you may choose any time slot. If you're choosing a date that is one day before the event date then only choose the 10am slot!
Booking Cancellation
Unfortunately, deposits for all services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to any other henna products & services.
Change Booking Date/ Time
You may only change your date ONCE after booking, subject to availability (to inform at least 1 month before to prevent any extra charges). Changing the booking date the second time, the deposit will be automatically forfeited and a rebooking for a new session is required.
Booking Bridal Henna & Henna Party together
FUN! If you have booked a bridal henna appointment, you do not need to book another separate appointment for a henna party package. You may state the henna party package you're going for on the booking form when booking your bridal henna as long as it falls on the same date and time. If you're booking a bridal henna appointment with a Henna Party - Per Hand Basis, you don't have to meet the requirement of 10 hands/ sides but please do still state the pax.
Rates for the henna party is applied when you are booking for the henna party only or the date and time of the henna party and the bridal henna session is different.
Henna Artist Unavailable
In the event we have to cancel the appointment due to any reason, 100% of the deposit will be refunded to the client. We will do our best to either replace or recommend another henna artist for the appointment. If we find the replacement, the client and replacement artist will converse directly in terms of design, rates, etc. Pricing of each henna artist is different, therefore any change in price needs to be discussed directly between the client and the replacement henna artist. Any change in price needs to be covered by the client. For Casual Henna Sessions, we will refund 100% of your deposit or give you the option to change the date.
Stain Options
We only provide options that we produce; Natural Henna, Jagua Gel and 100% Hengua. Unfortunately, we do not cater to White Henna & Instant Henna.
Stain Testing
If you're unsure about the stain option for your bridal/ engagement henna, you may come down and test out the stain with a simple design! It also recommended for you to do a testing if you have sensitive skin and/ or to see if you will get an allergic reaction (see 'Precaution & Allergy' under the Product tab in FAQs for more information). Do advise us if you have any skin conditions.
This is only applicable if you've booked a session with us.
Missing Orders
No worries, do contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 81269560 or stainedbywardah@gmail.com and provide us your order number. We will follow up accordingly and investigate. We apologise for the inconvenience caused!
Order Cancellation
In an effort to prepare your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.
Missing/ Damaged Items in Order
Do contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 81269560 or stainedbywardah@gmail.com and provide us your order number and a picture proof of the items that you’ve received. We will double confirm your items and send a replacement ASAP! We apologise for the inconvenience caused!
Wrong Address
Do contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 81269560 or stainedbywardah@gmail.com and provide us your order number with the new updated address. Do update as immediately and at least 1 day before we ship it! A penalty plus shipping cost be will be imposed if parcels are returned to us due to incomplete address or if we have to ship it out again due to incorrect address.
